We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Specialist, New Business, Employee Benefits.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Marketing of Group Insurance solutions and services through distribution channel partners
- Develop value propositions and engagement activities to increase sales opportunities
- Produce new & customized clients and design programs for intermediaries & their clients, establish relationships through meetings and generate value across partnerships
- Responsible for the business underwriting and risk assessment based on set policies & procedures
- Design new programs for clients’ needs, placing business as per their requirements.
- Ensure service level commitments to channel partners and clients are met by ensuring key deliverables for service level are incorporated in the performance review
- Responsible for business and regulatory compliance risks and to undertake appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experiences in sales and marketing in Employee Benefits/ Group Insurance
- Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification
- Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance landscape
