The Senior Executive, Governance and Quality Assurance, supports educational quality assurance processes and practices for the NTU Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery undergraduate programme at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. This position reports to Deputy Director, Governance and Quality Assurance.

Degree Proposal- Assist in the preparation of NTU MBBS degree proposal documentation for approval by School’s Governing Board, Nanyang Technological University, Ministry of Education and Singapore Medical Council- Secretariat for meetings with internal stakeholders, e.g., finance, faculty affairs, communications

Curriculum Documentation- Assist in the development of electronic filing infrastructure for NTU MBBS degree documentation- Ensure online learning material and curriculum documentation is archived systematically- Provide support in drafting business continuity plan for concurrent in-person and online delivery of learning activities

Programme Policies and Processes- Assist in the review of MBBS degree programme policies and processes- Assist in the drafting of degree policies and processes for approval at School and University-level committees- Support the preparation of student-facing versions of policies and processes for publication on student intranet- Liaise with IT colleagues in the uploading of student-facing policies and process in student intranet

Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement- Assist in preparing quality assurance documentation for submission to Ministry of Health and Singapore Medical Council- Support the development of quality assurance/quality improvement framework for NTU MBBS degree- Provide administrative support in discussions with Imperial College London staff in fulfilling wind-down obligations of the joint NTU-Imperial MBBS degree agreement

**Requirements**:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree- Experience in education quality management will be an advantage

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
