Clinic Senior Executive

Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will manage secretariat work for the Physical Health and Rehabilitation Steering Committee, including meeting coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and administrative support for committee initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Degree, preferably related to Healthcare or Science
- Knowledge of healthcare (preferred)
- Willing to work extra mile, initiative and proactive attitude
- Proven experience in senior administrative or project coordination roles
- Strong organisational and secretariat management skills
- Experience working with steering committees or governance bodies
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in meeting management and minute-taking
