Senior Assistant Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver workplace wellbeing strategies as well as employee care and support structures and initiatives in NTU in partnership with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring that employee wellbeing needs are effectively met.
- Establish, implement and maintain effective policies and procedures that relate to employee wellbeing to ensure they are kept relevant and up-to-date in line with/surpasses best practices around the world.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders providing expert knowledge, advice and support to them to advance the employee wellbeing agenda in NTU.
- Conceptualise and implement new wellbeing services, initiatives and the use of new and/or emerging technologies based on research and sector trends in order to enable a thriving NTU workplace.
- Plan and implement technology-enabled wellbeing and support data infrastructure and analytics across NTU to facilitate reporting, updates, and decision-making, particularly for the purpose of preventive and preemptive care.
- Manage and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes and policies in tandem with those for student wellbeing to ensure synergy and effective coordination.
**Requirements**:
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of work experience in institutes of higher learning (those with advanced degrees in public health, psychology or related fields would be advantageous).
- Proven track record in leading and managing employee workplace wellbeing programmes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of organizational psychology and/or change management models.
- Successful experience in stakeholder management, partnership development and policy development.
- Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues across organisational levels and departments as well as external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and managerial experience having demonstrated critical/analytical yet creative and synergistic thinking, strategic planning, organizing and influencing people to achieve extraordinary results.
- A strong commitment and passion towards employee wellbeing, support, development and community building.
- Excellent team player with strong project management skills.
- Strong verbal, written and publicity/promotional communication skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft 365, technological tools and information systems relevant in the university setting.
- Fluent with research, data collection, management and analytics methods, approaches, tools, and implementation.
