**Company Description
Our client is is a vibrant food tech company that is disrupting the gourmet food ecosystem. If you are looking to work in an exciting, fast paced, tech-based environment. They curate and work with speciality chef community to produce gourmet food for their customers.

Launched in 2018, They have developed a digital platform that brings chefs together to provide a unique culinary experience to our customers.

We are looking for a high-performing Events & Partnerships Executive to reach out to and onboard new partners to build brand visibility, awareness and achieve sales objectives. You will report to the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing.

**On the job, you will**:
You will be responsible for actively reaching out to companies that have a sizable customer base - from F&B outlets to established restaurant chains, and pitching to them marketing tie-ups with Esseplore to help them grow their business.

**What you will be working on**:

- Achieve growth by hunting for new partners, and pitching to their teams marketing tie-ups with Esseplore to help them grow their revenues easily
- Structuring the partner onboarding process
- Keep an organized partner pipeline
- Onboarding new restaurants, hotels, etc and hit targets
- Implement a business development plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Conceptualise and organise marketing events, campaigns, workshops and seminars to increase customer acquisition and brand visibilities and ensure effective delivery of key messages to end consumers
- Undertake other ad-hoc marketing projects/tasks as in a team environment

**We are looking for**:

- Corporate network in the space for hotels, restaurants, cleaning industry etc.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good oral, written and presentation skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Digitally savvy
- Excellent relationship skills
- Able to work individually as well as in a team environment
