We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Acquisition Activations Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

Vendor management
- Engage existing and source for new vendors and speakers to support client acquisition events
- Strategically pair the right partners with the right events to maximize engagement and acquisition
- Maintain updated database of vendor and speaker’ marketing collaterals

Events Management
- Preparation of event collateral such as event invitations, placemats and posters which are aligned with brand guidelines
- On-ground support and execution to ensure smooth operation of client acquisition events and activities
- Event support such as logistics, catering and security clearance
- 2LOD clearance for marketing materials
- Execution of partner recognition events
- Campaign tracking

Gift Fulfilment
- Tracking and reconciliation of gift fulfilment to customers
- Preparation of comms to customers on their gift fulfilment

Digital Assets
- Updating partners’ digital storefront with most current promotions
- Execution of dynamic pages
- Campaign tracking

Overall
- To work closely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Experience in events/vendor management preferred
- Good working ability of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Working understanding of Simplified Chinese
- Ability to multi-task and is detailed oriented
- Ability to partners and build close and trusted relationships with them manage
