- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Answer customer calls politely and standardly
- Assist to make an appointment, registration and medicine dispense through electronic system
- Assist to sell of health package and related products
- Receive customers politely and cultivate good customer relationship
- **Job Requirements**_
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese will be highlypreferred(need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
- Being able to speak Hokkien or Cantonese will be advantage
- Positive attitude towards life, strong sense of responsibility and patience
- Proficient in the use of Chinese PinYin Language Input
- People who are interested in medical care are given priority
- Can multi-task
- Can accept weekend work and shift schedule

- Clinic location: Chinatown Point, Kallang Wave Mall, Singpost Centre, NEX, Bedok Mall and Tampines
- Salary: Discuss personally

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
