Job scope
- Carry out the responsibilities as training coordinator and main administrator for learning systems.
- Provide support to ensure the smooth running of training courses for client;
- Monitor and track technical competency approvals and records;
- Maintain training records (e.g trainee list, schedules, attendance sheets);
- Book training rooms and ensure they are properly set up.
- Prepare and disseminate materials (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms);
- Act as point-of-contact for participants and vendors.
- Work with functional leads to nominate their officers for milestone courses, seminars and workshops;
- Handle the end-to-end training process which include processing of course registrations, liaising with the training providers and ensuring the attendance of the nominees;
- Assist officers on any queries on training and technical competency matters; and
- Coordinate administrative matters for external learning visits.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma holder.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in MS Office, mínimally Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and Acrobat Reader.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in training administration and learning management system
- Experience in working with institutes of higher learnings, training providers and/or known learning agencies would be an added advantage.
- Experience in development of e-Learning training modules would be an added advantage.
This is an outsource role.
