**This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok Group Singapore.**

**Position summary**

The role will provide strategic and operational HR partnering support to the business units/departments within PaxOcean Group, implement the people agenda for the group, guide and upskill leaders and employees on HR policies and practices, people management as well as to facilitate strong employee engagement and development.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Align business objectives with management and employees in designated business / functions.
- Develop and lead planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company’s HR initiatives across the region within the Business Unit (BU).
- Serves as a consultant to management on human resources related issues.
- Provide HR consultation to employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing compensation, HR policies and performance management.
- Work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, employees and HR colleagues.
- Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 8 years of people manager experience with full spectrum human resources and business partner experience with significant strategic experience, including senior management influence
- Strong partnership with business / functions to deliver on corporate & business / function objectives
- Good general knowledge of local employment laws and practices
- Strong analytical skills, pro-active mindset and results-oriented
- Possess sound decision-making problem analysis, problem solving and possess counselling capabilities
- Professional with high integrity and credibility.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to collaborate seamlessly across boundaries and international cultures.
