Assistant Production Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure production operations run smoothly and products meet customer requirements.
- Provide guidance and solutions to production staff for daily operational issues.
- Review and verify product documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve production goals.
- Implement preventive actions to reduce non-conformance in internal processes.
- Apply process design knowledge including equipment sizing and selection.
- Coordinate and integrate work across production teams for efficiency.
