Our Client is MNC Agribusiness Group business including manufacturing of consumer products and currently looking for Assistant Production Manager in bakery department. Providing:

Detail:

  • Basic Salary: $5000 - $7000
  • 5 Working Day: Mon - Fri
  • Office Hour: 9am-6pm
  • Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:

1. Production & Operations

Assist in daily operations, planning, and scheduling to meet targets and minimize downtime. Monitor KPIs and support corrective actions.

2. Quality & Food Safety

Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Support QA/QC, address product issues, and manage customer feedback.

3. Staff Supervision

Oversee operators, bakers, and packers; ensure SOP adherence and schedules. Support training, development, and maintain a safe, disciplined team.

4. Inventory Control

Monitor material and packaging stock, coordinate with procurement/warehouse, and track usage to reduce waste.

5. Equipment & Safety

Work with maintenance on equipment reliability. Enforce safety policies, audits, and resolve issues promptly.

6. Process Improvement

Identify efficiency opportunities, support new systems/technologies, and apply best practices in bakery manufacturing.
