Assistant Production Manager

5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location: Tuas

Basic Salary: $4500 - $5300

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all manufactured products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate daily production operations for smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to resolve production-related issues.
  • Initiate corrective and preventive actions to maintain process compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and process specifications.
  • Oversee and integrate work activities across production teams and departments.
  • Apply process engineering expertise in design, sizing, and selection of production equipment.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
