  • Handle daily quality control for incoming products and in-process check of products for manufacturing and operations.
  • Develop/update SOPs for existing and newly-developed analytical methods.
  • Inventory management of samples.
  • Conduct root cause analyses involving products quality investigation and implement corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
  • Perform supplier quality audits.
  • General maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
  • Inventory monitoring of laboratory consumables and chemicals.
  • Perform good laboratories housekeeping.
  • Assist and support Operations and Warehouse Manager in Quality Management System and lead our quality certification process (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Carry out lab testing and conduct internal & external quality checks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
