As a Quality Executive, you are responsible for the functional support on Supplier Management and all Quality Assurance/ Quality Systems activities in the plant (e.g. food safety, auditing, Halal, Organic, QMS, Master Recipes & Inspection plan for Production, compliance to Nestle Standards/Company Quality Standards, etc.)

**A day in the life of...**

Supplier Management:

- Ensure that factory's production facilities, contract manufacturers, material suppliers and warehouses or distribution centres have an effective and sustainable quality system.
- Support qualification of new materials and suppliers.
- Create and maintain Quality Information Record (QIR) for materials per vendor sites.

Quality auditing and verification:

- Establish and maintain effective Integrated Audit Program and support activities to ensure that the factory fully comply with Quality, Halal, Organic and Food Safety Management Systems, regulatory requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.

Quality Systems:

- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area of concern.
- Defines the system for the control of documents and ensures approvals are promptly done.
- Defines systems for records control and ensures compliance.
- Timely closure of Investigation Report and timely completion of actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of similar issue

Quality mastership:

- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Assess that the Nestlé Management System is in place, and obtain expected results in a given operating unit.

System Design:

- Create and maintain Master Recipes and Inspection Plan for Production in Globe SAP

HACCP:

- Participant in Factory Food Safety / HACCP team activities on hazard assessment and support monitoring program.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager

**What will make you successful**
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies)
- Preferably 2 years relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical / Dairy / Chemical / Food Processing industry.
- Management exposure across several functions. - Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
- Participating in projects
- Leading part of a change effort
- Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members
- Establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories
- Leading business continuous improvement activities
