Job Summary / Job Description:
As a Product Specialist, he/she shall be responsible for supporting and educating our customers on the operation and orientation of our product during pre-delivery process.

Primary Function
- Responsible for the pre-delivery product standard by supporting & co-ordination works between Sales, Workshop & NVP department on all related works effectively & efficiently.
- Responsible for coaching and orientate customer or end user on our products.

Secondary Function
- Responsible for the customer self-collection lounge upkeep and delivery bay.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform QC checks on vehicles after workshop PDI & washing completion.
- Upkeep and maintain the Collection Lounge and delivery bays.
- Coordinate and plan with Sales Departments on customer self collection schedule.
- During customer handover process, to orientate and guide customers / end users on vehicle operations and basic maintenance only. (Example on DPD Regen issues)
- Assist department manager for any ad hoc projects.
- To assist & conduct new product familiarization for sales consultant and NVP staff or during new product launch from Principal.

Qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum GCE O Level and above
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
- Possess VALID class 3/4 Singapore license
- Meticulous and well organized in area of work
- Possess good customer service attitude
- Positive and willingness to learn attitude is important
