About the Project Maintains complex voice communication systems using Avaya technologies

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain Avaya telephony systems, including Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and related components. They also support and troubleshoot issues with Avaya's media servers, gateways, and call management systems.
- Maintain documentation for the Avaya voice network infrastructure, including diagrams and configuration details.
- Manage relationships with vendors and communicate the status of telecommunications issues to management.
- Planning, design, and implementation of projects related to new locations, technologies, and system upgrades.

Skills/Requirement
- Extensive experience managing compliance recording systems, includes Verint, Avaya ACR, Verint Verba, Nice Call Recoding/NTR-X)
- Experience with IPC Trading systems integration for Voice recording
- Experience in setting up and configuration Call recording.
- Experience with monitoring products like EMS and Prognosis. Creating Dashboards would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of H.323, SIP, DNS, SSL, DHCP and understanding of load balancer, firewalls.
- In depth knowledge of architectures, monitoring, security control, redundancy, and high availability for call recording setup
- Knowledge of the latest trends for call recording technology
- Certification in compliance Recording platform like Verint, Verint Verba, Nice Recording/NTR-X.
- Able to drive and run projects delivery on Infrastructure setup and facilitating with countries on the project delivery
