Join us as we build Singtel's Networks of tomorrow and empower every generation to live, work, and play in new waysMake An Impact By Planning and implementing access equipment (MD, ONU, MSAN, IAD, ATA) & Main Distribution Frame. Supporting Singtel services (ALLC, Del, BizVoice, ISDN2, Phonenet). Working closely with the transmission team, operations, and external parties to oversee technical aspects, resolve system issues, and support the MSAN tech refresh project. Coordinating with teams on growth & fault clearing, supporting operations on Day0-Day2 requirements, managing contractors and vendors, and raising SIRs for uplink circuit migration. Migrating legacy equipment to FTTC/FTTH solutions. Managing and coordinating with lab staff for project execution and testing activities. Accessing and managing firewall policies via CLI. Analyzing and reviewing vulnerability scans and security reports for network devices and servers. Managing, maintaining, and enhancing servers, including applying security patches, OS updates, and renewing SSL certificates. Coordinating with Property and Facilities Department for services and power requirements. Performing any other tasks assigned by the manager. Skills For Success Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of operations support experience and 3+ years in a IT support lead or engineering role. Familiarity with fixed voice systems and protocols. Relevant experience in the IT/Telco industry is a plus. Possession of industry-standard certifications like CCNA is a plus. Ability to work effectively with teams and third-party vendors. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Highly motivated and capable of working independently under pressure.
