Supporting Singtel services (ALLC, Del, BizVoice, ISDN2, Phonenet). Work closely with the transmission team, operations, and external parties in overseeing technical aspects, system issue resolution and support of the MSAN tech refresh project. Coordinating with on growth & fault clearing. Support operation on Day0-Day2 requirements Mange contractor and vendors to deliver assigned tasks. SIR raising for the uplink circuit migration for the transmission changes. Migrate legacy equipment to FTTC/FTTH solutions Manage and co-ordinate with a team of lab staff in executing the projects and all test activities. Accessing and managing firewall policies via the command line interface Analyse and review the vulnerability scan & security report for network equipment devices and test system servers Manage, maintain, and enhance servers including but not limited to security patches, OS update and renewal of SSL. Manage and co-ordinate with Property and Facilities Dept for services and power requirement. Any other tasks assigned by the manager. Skills for Success: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic and Mechanical Engineering Min 5+ years operations support experience and 3+ years working in an IT support lead or IT engineering role Familiar with fixed voice system, and protocols. Relevant experience in the IT/Telco industry is a plus. Possess industry standard certifications CCNA or relevant is a plus. Ability to work effectively with team and third-party vendors Able to manage multiple projects at same period.
