We are seeking a Voice Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The role involves supporting and maintaining voice and recording systems, managing user requests, and assisting in system upgrades and deployments. This is a junior-level position, ideal for individuals with a strong interest in voice and network technologies who are eager to develop their technical expertise in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support hardware and software components of the Voice and Recording infrastructure, including the operating system and Unified Communications platform. Handle user requests such as phone provisioning, extension setup, turret management, and voice recording configuration. Perform incident and problem troubleshooting, including fault clarification, isolation, and resolution. Assist in voice infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, platform migrations, and new deployments. Document technical issues and resolutions, and upscale complex problems to senior engineers or vendors when necessary. Required Skills and Experience Basic knowledge of SIP, H.323, and MGCP gateways and endpoints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and urgency. Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and collaborative approach to teamwork. Diligent in documentation, reporting, and task tracking to ensure operational transparency and consistency. Prior experience in voice or network technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
