**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for understanding the business objectives and translating the business requirements into IT solutions
- Evaluate new Voice & Collaboration technologies to better improve efficiencies
- Experience in the design, implementation, transformation, troubleshooting and support of technologies including VOIP, IPT, collaboration tools, Audio/Video Conferencing
- Proven experience of design, delivery, and transformation of IPT/UC environments
- Responsible for providing technical leadership across the IT organization in support of the IP Telephony initiatives
- Develop and support the Voice & Collaboration strategy across the global organization
- Work with colleagues in other technology and business groups to understand technology and business requirements
- Work with peers to define the overall strategic direction for the collaboration solutions
- Create, architect & develop solutions to complex technical, procedural, and logístical problems
- Provide training and new technology overview to engineering colleagues
- Develop, document and update standards documentation
- Final technical escalation point for IP Telephony suite of products

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong technical expertise required in the following areas:

- Cisco - (CUCM, UCCE/CVP)
- Connection and Voice related protocols (SIP, RTP/SRTP, SDP, MGCP,

SCCP etc.)
- SIP/PSTN Design and Voice Gateway Configuration
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of telephony/UC protocols, H323, SIP, T38, TLS and Codecs
- NICE & Cloud Voice Recording Solutions
- Experience of IP subnetting, switching and routing protocols
- Remote access solutions and virtual meeting platforms
- FoIP & Trader Voice
- Management of 3rd party suppliers
- 8-10 years’ experience in the Voice & Collaboration field
- High-level certification in a major technology area preferred (CCIE)
- Demonstrated ability to work under intense pressure when resolving complex issues with strict deadlines
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team members and superiors
- Global mindset and visionary
- Ability to lead and execute large, complex projects related to new technology

- Programming skills (UNIX shell, python)
- Problem Management: proactive and forward thinking to identify and manage incidents.
