Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, digital, and/or advertising sales.
- Experience in the advertising technology business.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or graduate degree in a management or technical field.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration driving results and influencing stakeholders and rally teams around shared goals.
- Knowledge of Google Display and Video Ads products.
- Ability to work across multiple teams in delivering complex initiatives successfully, and to succeed in ambiguity.
- Effective collaboration skills.
- Excellent business judgment and written and verbal communication skills.

**About the job**:
As a Display Product Lead, you will be responsible for product commercialization for Google Display Ads and shaping the future of display and video ads through efforts like automation and optimization score (optiscore). In this role, you will partner with Sales, Global Product Leads, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to develop product solutions to help Sales teams and advertisers better understand the value of our products.

You will create and execute effective go-to-market plans that include delivering product solutions, equipping Sales teams to drive product adoption, whilst also collaborating with Global Product Leads to provide feedback and insights that improve our products and drive further innovation.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive adoption of key display products, display and video optiscore adoption, and drive automation by influencing and equipping business.
- Work with Global Product Leads and GTM to develop an Asia Pacific (APAC) view on aligning Display and Video Action product solutions with the existing suite of Google Performance products.
- Identify gaps in products and build business cases based on advertiser needs. Partner with Global Product Leads on the product roadmap.
- Lead initiatives and drive core cross
- functional projects including working with gTech, APAC GTM and Global Products Leads, Marketing, and Business Finance.
- Share vision, updates, and recommendations with executives across Large Customer Sales, Global Product, and Product Management/Engineering.
