**What are we up to?**
At Go City we create experiences that delight our customers. We’re looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Lead who will play a key part in our rapid and exciting expansion in APAC. This person will report to the VP of Marketing and E-Commerce-APAC and will work collaboratively across the business.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading and executing various Marketing and E-commerce (D2C) strategies
for the business in the Greater China Market that aligns with the overall business objectives and market trends.
- Having ownership on the company’s marketing initiatives in Greater China and owning the P&L for acquiring customers through digital channels.
- Work with centralised product management and technology teams to identify, build, adapt and localize features/ functions in our digital products that resonates with the Chinese market needs and preferences.
- You’ll be the go-to person for localizing all content at the business for the Greater China market, ensuring the brand positioning and messaging strategies align with the local culture, values and preferences.
- Partner with our destinations and partner development teams to optimise the pass proposition where needed.
- Devise and deliver a digital-focused marketing plan that increases awareness of Go City and drives new customer acquisition. You will use core performance channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates) as well as SEO and CRM, working with external agencies and central marketing teams where needed.
- Create a PR, communications, and social media strategy to build a buzz about Go City and support awareness growth.
- Hire, train, and coach a small high-performing local team to support delivery, fostering an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.
- Routinely analyse and report the marketing performance and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous growth.
- Additionally, as one of the most senior members of the business in the Greater China market, from time-to-time you will support central head office with business admin tasks in the country.

**Requirements**:
**What will you have / Who are you?**
- 8+ years’ relevant experience in a marketing and/or e-commerce role, preferably in a high growth, commercial environment.
- Have strong expertise in fully managing marketing P&Ls for brands
- Possesses strong experience in growing international or local brands within Mainland China within the travel or ecommerce spaces.
- Strong leadership skills, able to build both a team and a strategy as well as work with cross functional teams at head office in Singapore, London and New York and influence decisions to support market growth in Mainland China as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Proficiency in English and Simplified Chinese (written and spoken) is a must to manage our eCommerce platforms and engage stakeholders and external partners.
- Data driven with excellent analytical capabilities to interpret data and understand what the business needs to do.
- Rich technical knowledge of core digital marketing channel, particularly core performance marketing areas of SEA/SEM, affiliates, and SEO.
- Consistent track record of delivering market growth or ecommerce sales uplift.
