**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings for senior management.
- Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on action items from management meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate between departments and external stakeholders to support management priorities.
- Maintain organised filing systems, records, and contacts.
- Handle expense claims, simple finance administration, and vendor coordination.
- Provide support for company events, boards, and senior-level meetings.
- Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned to support top management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant PA, secretarial, or executive support experience (experience supporting senior management is a plus).
- Proficiency in **Mandarin and English**essential, to liaise with partners/clients and handle documentation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling sensitive information.
- Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry is an added advantage.
