DESIGNATION : [ibis Style Macpherson] Night Auditor

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Night Auditor will represent the Management during the night. The Night Auditor also assists the Assistant Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- The Night Auditor provides leadership and support to all members of the Front Office and enforces the Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised
- Night Auditor role involves front office and reservations administrative duties
- Handle guest services & requests for the night shift
- Handle any Houskeeping tasks at night as per guest service
- Reconcile daily front office transactions
- Prepare daily night audit reports
- Responsible for the daily operation and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail, and messages).
- Coordinate guest services requests for F&B and Housekeeping
- Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation
- Reconcile the hotel’s daily accounting to ensure and accurate assessment of both room and revenue collection
- Guest Services / Relations is first priority.
- Training provided and career opportunities in hotel industry
