Our client is a Japanese travel agency. They are currently looking for a Guest Relations Executive (Japanese Speaking) to join the team
- 【What you will be working on】- Geet and assist guests upon arrival and departure including courtesy calls
- Support the department in managing the inbound travel operations of FIT/Groups originating from Japan & other region.
- Coordinate and assist with special requests and arrangements.
- Provide Customer Service i.e. After Office Hour hotline handling on Duty Rotation basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve issues and enhance guest

satisfaction.- To be accountable and responsible for the overall service delivery i.e. onsite service
- To ensure understanding and compliance with all Travel policy and operational procedures in all markets

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】- Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (preferably Travel and Tourism or equivalent).
- Min. 3 years relevant working experience with in-depth Inbound Travel Industry knowledge and experience with creative flair and good organisational skills
- Exceptional negotiation and superior communication skills
- Proven experience in dealing with Japanese FIT & Groups
- Results driven with exceptional quality focus
- Proficient in Japanese Language(At least JLPT N2), in order to communicate effectively with Japanese clients**English Level**:
