DESIGNATION : Guest Relation Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Warmly welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their dining table
- Assist guests in their baggage whenever possible
- Managing the condition of physical menus and ensuring menus are up-to-date with the correct information and prices
- Be aware of regular guests, and remembering their preferences
- Be aware of any VIPs dining in the restaurant
- Manage reservations and table allocation to maximise seating plan
- Always smile in all communications with guests, whether face-to-face, virtual or over the phone
- To gather feedback from guests about their experience and document for reporting purposes
- Any other duties as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min 2 years’ experience in guest relations, reservations management or similar customer service role
- Excellent, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in both English and Mandarin, to better assist guests
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication
- Keen listener with ability to address guest concerns and de-escalate issues
- Exhibits a positive and friendly demeanour in all guest interactions
- Detail oriented to document guest interactions and requirements accordingly
- Ability to multitask and be solution orientated
