**Position Description**:
The Senior Director, Engineering & Property Services APAC Regional Leader (New Consumer Health Company) is accountable for the end-to-end footprint operations across the plan/build/run functions of Engineering & Property Services for the Abuse Potential Advisory Committee (APAC). This role will act as the E&PS single point of contact to regional business leaders. They are accountable for leading the regional team to serve as an active business solution partner for key partners by establishing deep connections within the regional leadership team and the country managers. This role participates in the development of organizational strategies to support regional needs.

They are accountable for defining and deploying the regional real estate/property strategy, overall FM regional performance inclusive of all financials (savings, budgets, and capital), compliance, BCP (business continuity plan), safety, business alignment (CRM), people leadership, and development.

Key relationships include Company Group Chairs, Regional Planning Managers, Regional Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, J&J Affiliates, and E&PS employees.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Real Estate:

- Actively engaging in regional real estate portfolio pipeline management reviews to ensure decisions are made in advance of critical events
- Leading the development and implementation of consistent and comprehensive real estate solutions that support enterprise growth
- Leading the regional team to serve as the primary liaison for selection of real estate service providers for individual projects within the region, E&PS core team member, J&J Operating Company/Affiliate business leaders, facility site managers, J&J corporate functional groups, and outside consultants to develop and implement strategies that meet local (site) and regional requirements and are consistent with established J&J Worldwide procedures and E&PS policy
- Maintaining region specific market intelligence in order to capitalize on opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and initiatives
- Supporting the implementation of enterprise strategies through regional oversight to attain and maintain best-in-class office, warehousing, and manufacturing footprint utilization
- Developing strategies to reduce costs, generate cash and reduce the real estate footprint to achieve annual targets
- Facilities Management:

- Accountable for fiduciary oversight and performance management oversight of operating and capital budgets
- Accountable for relationships within business in region to ensure FM operational support of and alignment with business strategies
- Accountable for alignment between global functions, site-agnostic regional roles, and outsourced vendors
- Providing consistency and visibility across regional, corporate and business unit activity
- Maintaining global/regional oversight, implementation and continuity for FM business recovery plan
- Support and foster innovation to maintain FM relevance and build new capabilities
- Aligning with peers within E&PS to ensure an end-to-end focus across respective E&PS teams and in connecting to internal customers’ business needs
- Project Delivery:

- Managing regional portfolio and project budget, conducting project evaluations, and assessing results
- Ensuring that proper risk management analysis is performed, and plans are in place for all projects and technology implementati
