We are seeking an experienced APAC Regional Sales Director with deep knowledge of the Customer Engagement Solutions (CES) space, and strong industry connections across Banking, Insurance, Telco and Utilities. Based in Singapore or Hong Kong and reporting directly to the VP EMEA & APAC, the APAC Regional Sales Director will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Customer Engagement Solutions business in ANZ, ASEAN, India and Japan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strategic business plan to deploy our CES solutions to key industry verticals within the assigned territory.
- Be responsible for direct and indirect sales, including net new business as well as growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consult with and advise existing customers and partners, resulting in increased adoption.
- Proactively seek out, build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and operational teams at customer and partner organisations.
- Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within both existing accounts and new-logo prospects.
- Conduct the entire sales cycle through to signed contracts, with support from the APAC and global CES teams.
- Participate actively in marketing, business development and thought leadership activities.
- Support partners in identifying, prospecting, managing and closing new opportunities.
- Work with partners to establish jointly agreed account and territory strategies.
- Act as a business consultant to partners and prospects, sharing your extensive knowledge and insight into prospective clients’ business processes while linking offerings to the agendas of senior executives.
- Support partners in pricing and contract negotiations.
- Conduct regular assessments of partner performance.
- Meet and exceed personal and regional quota objectives.
- Manage direct reports and support them in attaining quota objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of internal, cross-functional relationships
- Communicate with customers and partners on product and company direction to find future synergies.
- Recruit new partners as indicated by company strategy and growth.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years’ experience in Customer Engagement Solutions sales.
- Track record of success in high-value enterprise software sales (USD 1m to USD 10m+ total contract value).
- Sound understanding of multi-channel customer engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of industry verticals and key players in the assigned territory.
- Significant experience working with reseller and channel partners.
- Experience managing direct quota-carrying reports.
- Strong rolodex of senior-level contacts.
- Strong technical background.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Experience with Challenger Sales, Solution Sales, or other consultative sales techniques.
- Based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
- Native English speaker, other languages a plus, in particular Japanese.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
