**As a Technical Training Developer, **you will have the opportunities to work with a growing team to develop technical training program and content, with advanced technologies as well as in the conventional classroom and laboratory setting. We are looking for an individual who possess growth mindset and passionate about continuous improvement to join our team.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform competency assessment on technicians according to assessment matrix
- Collaborating with product lines to perform analysis to identify training needs
- Supporting technical training content development and implementation of critical task training for operation team to improve product quality and efficiency of product delivery
- Conduct workmanship training program for new hire technicians
- Support the maintenance and improvement of training facilities
- Support continuous improvement projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor equipment engineering environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience with operation of assembly and testing of electro-mechanical system
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering drawing and electrical schematic diagrams
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to conduct presentation and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- ACTA/ACLP or equivalent certification for preparing training and documentation processes
