**As a Senior Technical Training Developer, you will have the opportunities to work with a growing team to develop technical training program and content, with advanced technologies as well as in the conventional classroom and laboratory setting. We are looking for an individual who possess growth mindset and passionate about continuous improvement to join our team.**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop technical training content and implement critical task training for operation team to improve product quality and efficiency of product delivery
- Design competency and assessment matrix for technicians’ certification
- Administer the training and OJT framework for technicians
- Present training status to the relevant stakeholders
- Involve in training courseware development, provide feedbacks to collaborators for improvement
- Lead the workmanship training program for new hire technicians
- Lead the maintenance and improvement of training facilities
- Support or lead continuous improvement projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor equipment engineering environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience with operation of assembly and testing of electro-mechanical system
- Ability to understand and read mechanical engineering drawing and electrical schematic diagrams
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to conduct presentation and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- ACTA/ACLP or equivalent certification for preparing training and documentation processes
