Regional IT Manager, Technical Solutions

**Permanent Role**: - **Basic up to $7500 + AWS + Bonus**: - **Global Luxury Group, Located at Central**: - **Flexible approach to working hours**: - **Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent in education and experience.**: - **Previous experience leading or managing a team preferred**: - **Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies (ITIL certification preferred)**: - **10 years of relative working experience in workstation management, workplace, collaboration, unified communication, and web, and mobile solutions. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with each local IT team to ensure that IT technical solutions are being delivered in a structured and consistent approach. - Exchange regularly with the global technical solutions team to follow up latest global solution trends and project status. - Manage both internal and external resources to deliver solutions with necessary standards, and best practices, and ensure compliance. - Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to the Service Desk before putting into production of any new / updated technical solutions. - Manage post-implementation review, formalize operation procedures, and act as L2/L3 support through life-cycle management. - Responsible for technical solutions team budget forecast, review, and updates, maintaining service catalog on technical solutions area to be shared across the region and brands. - Be tech-savvy, ensure timely exploration and proactively communicate with the global technical solutions team and regional management team towards the introduction of new or innovative technologies. - Manage these technologies for entire group of companies which consists of: - o >15,000 AD / Office365 accounts - o >15,000 mobile devices - Provide and maintain statistics and data dashboard on KPIs for operations & statistics. - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the different Houses as well as within various areas of Kering Technology. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent in education and experience. - Previous experience leading or managing a team preferred - Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies (ITIL certification preferred) - 10 years of relative working experience in workstation management, workplace, collaboration, unified communication, and web and mobile solutions. - Understanding of retail solutions, databases, networks, servers, and security - Understanding of financial budgeting and cost tracking - Leadership and management skills with regional exposure - Interpersonal skills with customer focus and able to formulate sound solutions that deliver value to the business - Strong analytical, problem solving and issue-resolution skills - Strong collaborative and team coordination skills - Solid vendor management and project management experience - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convince your audience - Self-motivated and capable to complete duties efficiently with mínimal supervision Knowledge and hands-on experience on: - Microsoft Office365 - With an emphasis in Teams conferences as part of unified communications - Pexip Video Conferencing Solutions - Microsoft Azure AD & Active Directory - SAP Identity Management (IDM) - VMWare Workspace One - Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) - Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) - Jamf Knowledge of the below areas would be beneficial - Service Management Tool, e.g. SNOW - Data Analytics Platform, e.g. PowerBI - Scripting on Powershell / Programming with Python Reg No. R2196499 Triton AI Pte Ltd License no. 21C0661
