What we'll need:
We are seeking a Project Manager on the International Technology team to help deliver new market (country) entries and support existing markets as they open new stores and progress their individual technology roadmaps. You will oversee a portfolio of markets and work with product managers and solution engineers on the International Technology team to build project plans that will turn roadmaps into reality. You will also work with in-market regional teams and in-market brand partners (franchisees) to land the project plans and be their go-to person for technology related issues and needs. You will improve cross-functional and technology specific-processes wherever possible to enable efficiency and repeatable processes for new market entry and ongoing innovation. Finally, you will be responsible for contract management and tracking budget for markets in your portfolio. This role also partners cross-functionally across Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, and any applicable 3rd party tech vendors to drive cross-functional inputs, milestones, and overall project plan delivery. Clear communication and project planning is critical, as is a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented style.
- Support new market entry and existing market day-to-day maintenance, including process and project management, schedule management, contract tracking, risk identification and escalation, status updates, cross-functional communications and reporting support.
- Manage all deliverables to achieve targeted dates and ensure successful market & store openings by spearheading communications and follow-ups with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors.
- Create reports on project progress using measurable metrics and delivery dates. Create status reports on new market opening targets and existing market roadmap status.
- Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions to create efficiencies in overall new market entry and market maintenance. Drive process innovation and simplification for all end-to-end procedures with emphasis on identifying efficiencies, improving timelines and ensuring scalability.
- This role reports to Senior Director but is part of the project management team, led by the project management lead.

What you’ll need:

- 5-8 years of experience as tech project manager working for companies with international footprint
- 3+ years of physical retail or restaurant project management experience preferred
- Fluency in English and one of the second languages: Chinese, Hindi, French, Spanish
- Project management/project planning
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives
- Able to communicate/present clearly to all levels of management
- Process creation and metrics reporting experience
- Restaurant / Retail new stores opening experience
- Should be familiar with restaurant / retail systems like POS ( point of sale), payment devices

Pay: $4,401.20 - $12,277.73 per month
