**Responsibilities**
- Lead, plan, and manage full-stack development projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project goals, scope, risks, and constraints.
- Analyse technical feasibility of solution
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using Scrum methodology and tools.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality work that meets project requirements.
- Ensure effective communication between the design and development team, stakeholders, and management.
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of developers, designers, and testers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of WordPress development principles, emerging trends, and technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects, including at least 1 years of experience managing WordPress development projects using Scrum methodology.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, development principles, and plugin/theme development.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development principles, including front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies such as PHP.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL.
- Knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and software design patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodology and agile project management tools.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality WordPress projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
- Experience with LAMP server management, DevOps, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

**Salary**: From $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
