- Developing work schedules, deadlines and milestones for teams
- Delegating tasks and monitoring performance and progress through tracking of daily, weekly and monthly project goals
- Identifying risks and creating mitigating plans to prevent delays
- Working with teams to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Supervising the maintenance, update, upgrade and replacement of systems
- Performing security and functional audits to recommend strategies for improving performance
- Recruiting and training technical staff
- Providing quality leadership and motivating teams to achieve excellence
- Creating a conducive working atmosphere that encourages feedback and creativity
- Providing honest feedback on the challenges, limitations and wins of the teams
- Creating progress reports for stakeholders and using their input to improve the project requirements
