Are you our next Projects Leader for the Asia-Pacific region, someone who can lead diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver exciting, complex projects in the leadership development space?

Common Purpose is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1989 that develops leaders who can cross boundaries. This enables them to solve complex problems both in organizations and in cities. We deliver in-person and online leadership programmes for multiple generations of leaders, from students in universities to senior leaders in organizations and society, supporting them to develop the knowledge, skills and inspiration to cross boundaries and become more active and engaged citizens.

We are currently looking for you, a dynamic and ambitious professional, who shares our values and is passionate about leadership development.

As a senior member of our Delivery Team you will be assigned different Projects and teams to lead, delivering programmes across different generations, sectors and geographies. One day you might be working with a group of international students, the next with senior private sector leaders, the next a set of emerging leaders from local government - the role is full of variety and perfect for anyone looking to broaden their exposure to different markets and audiences.

We are looking for someone with a strong ability to manage teams to deliver complex projects, meeting deadlines and delivering the highest possible quality.

As our Projects Leader you will:

- Lead teams to manage and deliver our programmes across the region, ensuring quality and consistency of both participant and customer experience
- Work with colleagues to produce clear and timely project plans and regular progress reports
- Lead the preparation of challenging, balanced and relevant programme agendas and speakers, to provide a stimulating and impactful Common Purpose experience
- Facilitate programmes as and where required, both online and (when restrictions allow) in-person, to deliver maximum impact
- Ensure programmes are delivered within agreed budgets and milestones
- Gather feedback from each project and ensure this is actioned and incorporated into any learning for future work
You will bring the following experience with you:

- Extensive Project Management experience, ideally in similar industries (i.e. education, teaching, leadership, etc)
- The proven ability to effectively lead and inspire diverse project teams
- Experience of a flexible approach to managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple tasks - both for yourself and for your team - in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience of facilitation, training delivery and/or public speaking
- Experience of stakeholder management - building and maintaining strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing their expectations, both internal and external
- Excellent written English, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail
- Able and willing to travel for short periods of time (when restrictions allow) and at short notice and outside of normal working hours
- Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office
What we offer in return
- A salary of between SGD$55,000-SG$62,000 (Singapore) or HK$480,000-HK$520,000 (Hong Kong) per annum dependent on experience
