Singapore HARPS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Full time

As a newly incorporated Company in Singapore, HARPS Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced IT professional in building and supporting the IT infrastructure for the group of companies.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Global IT Manager will provide support for the group of companies globally. Your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide advice to the management on technology changes and handle risk in data centre, infrastructure, ensuring back up plans and actions
- Devise, recommend and implement IT strategy and plans in alignment with business objectives, requirements, and global IT standards
- Establish and maintain global & specific local IT management policies and procedures and review for continuous improvements
- Provide system and network support which includes maintenance/ monitoring of servers and hardware installation and set up
- Ensure and maintain security of data, network access and back-up systems
- Proactively reviewing and identifying areas for improvement and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Manage annual budget globally and ensure cost effectiveness
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/degree in any IT related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years of global experience as an IT Manager
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with good attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/ software system
