Programme Management Support Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage inventory for the programme’s collaterals (e.g. poster and brochures)
- Verify invoice payment to ensure accuracy monthly billing of invoice.
- Manage and collate programme related enquires daily.
- Manage Customer Satisfaction Data (CSAT). Check or the scores, download and process monthly report from CSAT platform.
- Updating dashboards using Power BI (Business Intelligence)
- Provide support for outdoor physical programme audit.
- Assist with programme operations. Register participants and validate online participants for the status.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Diploma or GCE A Level with 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Good communication, project management and time management skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc)
- Experienced in Power BI.
- Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
- Experienced in customer service and invoice processing.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
