The regional team is based in Singapore, and the role will require you to work hand in hand with regional sales and country sales teams across Grab’s eight markets.

**Get to know the Role**:
As part of the GrabAds’ Sales Enablement Organization, you will be the go-to sales asset manager, responsible for maximizing the performance and effectiveness of GrabAds’ sales content. This is a strategic role that requires you to quickly learn our product and customer profiles to drive continuous growth of our enablement initiatives at scale, ensuring we are meeting the needs of the sales teams, while closely partnering with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to deliver your work. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising market, a track record of resilience under pressure, and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of our customers with our solutions.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who has demonstrated success operating in a fast-growing environment, dealing with ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent projects, and solving problems with limited oversight. Learn more below

**The day-to-day activities**
- Support building and executing a vision that increases GrabAds’ sales excellence (identifying the learning needs and actively working to increase efficiency, expertise, and impact).
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to create sales enablement content and ensure the messaging stays consistent with Grab corporate communications.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Merchants, and Product to deliver content, collateral, resources, etc. to relevant teams.
- Craft narratives to explain our advertising products and policies to internal and external partners and clients, while collaborating with our regional and in-market teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and sales collateral.
- Help the Sales Enablement team stay organized and keep processes running smoothly through a formal intake and enablement calendar process.
- Maintain a Resource Portal with content, tools & information and ensure that all information is easily & readily accessible at point of need.

**The must haves**:

- 2-4 years experience in sales enablement, digital marketing/advertising/sales, product management, and/or management consulting.
- Past experience working directly with SMBs and multinational brands will be prioritized.
- Strong understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape to identify product market fit of our products and solutions
- Strong operational & PMO skills who is inspired by data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution.
- A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale.
- Extraordinary communication and presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders.
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Empathetic, compassionate and collaborative.
