Get to Know the Role This Trainee supports the Digital Advertising business at Grab, working within the Regional Sales Enablement Team. The trainee will gain practical experience in managing & updating various types of sales content, sales team support, and regional exposure at Grab. This role can help trainees build foundational understanding of digital marketing & advertising and equips them with exposure on working cross functionally, managing multiple stakeholders within an organisation. This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform About the assignment Collaborate with internal local and regional teams to develop and manage sales content for various Ads sales teams across the region. Centralize and organize all content from different in-market teams into an accessible repository for all markets and teams. Maintain content freshness by removing outdated materials and updating as needed. Work with cross-functional partners to gather and centralize their respective content into the Ads repository, to be then used by sales teams. Assist in drafting communications related to existing content and promote its effective use. This initiative will significantly enhance the sales team's pitching strategies and the resources available to them. What Essential Skills You Will Need Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship: In this role you will Get hands on experience in the digital advertising space, helping sales teams by creating & managing content used in customer presentations Understanding how various cross function teams collaborate with each other, driving the business forward.
