**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities You will be reporting to the Team Lead, Ecosystem Master Planning, which is part of the Industry Development & Special Projects Group. You will be part of a dynamic team which will: - Identify infrastructure development driving factors such as events, programming, training needs of athletes, population/dwelling units as well as the building plans at Whole-of-Government level (e.g., Demand/Supply analysis) - Encourage innovation and growth within the sport and fitness industry through the activation of State Land and Properties (including that of other Agencies where applicable) for sports-use - Complement the network of play spaces through the introduction of facilities and other offerings from the sport and fitness industry - Ensure the relevance of Sport in the Built Environment through policies e.g., through the Community/Sports Facilities Scheme (CSFS) - Develop and execute an engagement strategy by identifying strengths and gaps within the sport and fitness ecosystem. - Facilitate alignment across SportSG based on the sport and fitness ecosystem map, long-term outcomes, and Vision 2030 narrative - Support Inter-Agency coordination for the development and advancement of Singapore’s sport and fitness ecosystem
