**Role Purpose**
The group is expanding its Integrated Facility Management business and now looking for a leader on execution and growing the IFM rapidly in Singapore and South East Asia.
You will be involving from the inception of the IFM business. This position calls for a highly energetic leader with passion and believe to our IFM concept & strategies as well as comprehensive experience of managing IFM strategies and implementations in Singapore or across SEA.
**Responsibilities**
- Working in tandem with MD / Founder, you will be critical in defining and executing the go-to-market plans, and growing the business by building up its key business systems, processes and practices.
- Build up and lead a high-performing operations team that will ensure successful on-boarding of our clients, leverage on our CMMS platform to maximize the operation efficiency and delivery.
- Business development of potential new clients, build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients
- Prepare and manage annual budget, forecast business revenue and monthly cash flow. Take full accountability for the performance of the team and client satisfactory.
- Establish partners / contractors panel, performs key role in the management of all partners / contractors for the company to ensure they perform to the required standards
- Develop, lead and implement the end-to-end operations processes and compliance.
**Your Experience & Skills**
- More than 10 years’ experience in the relevant industry with hands-on experience of managing complex FM account. Preferable from a consultancy background
- At least 7 years in a senior management or leadership role. Past experience in new business set up and business development will be an advantage
- You are an entrepreneur at heart and revel in bringing a vision to life. Meticulous, a problem solver and customer obsessed
- You lead through trust and influence. You are on a continuous quest to empower your customers, your team members, and yourself.
