Operation Manager for M&e Term Contract

Singapore MKV ENGINEERING AND TRADING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role is responsible for taking charge of the building mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment and services with the objective of ensuring that all systems are operable and in tip top conditions. You will report to the Directors.

**Responsibilities**

1 Lead M&E Department in both IFM/ Civil and Building projects

2 Supervise and lead a team of operations executives and outsourced service providers to ensure the day to day facilities management, maintenance of systems and services and the processes are consistently kept at high standard to support our operational requirements

3 Responsible for the performance of the site team and delivery of KPIs

4 Advice PM on issues that they face from work

5 Reply to customers' request with regards to project issues

6 Advice contract team for tender requirements and submissions

7 Attend customers' meetings and site meetings

8 Develop and maintain good partnership with contractors and / or vendors for all aspects of utilities and building management

9 Facilitate and ensure contractors / vendors complete the repair and maintenance work within required timelines and standards

10 Make recommendations to the Directors for improvements on workflow and processes

Skills Requirements

1 Minimum 5 years or above of related experience in M&E

2 Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification

3 Result-oriented, resourceful, independent, good organization skills and able to lead a team

4 Good oral and written English skills

5 Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and air-conditioning.

1 5.5 working days (Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm, Sat: 8am to 1pm)

2 Office is in Kaki Bukit
