About the role

You are responsible for organizing a strategic approach to understand the true value we bring to our customers, expanding and strengthening the breadth and depth of our relationships with our customers in SEA and Australia. Retaining existing revenue and generating new business through upsell and cross-sell of additional products and services in the petrochemical sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishes strong, long-term customer relationships and cultivates new business opportunities, e.g some hunting with subsidiary companies related to their existing portfolio.
- Maintains relationships with key decision makers
- Continuously learn to lead with insight, develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and customer value
- Collaborate with all business functions locally and globally

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree preferred; or significant industry experience
- Account management with capability for new business development
- Experience in sales primarily in data solution selling or Chemical/Energy Sectors
- Solid experience in value-based selling with a consultative approach
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Has the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment and works well under pressure
- A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and a desire to positively impact the business
- Able to build relationships both external and internal
