**Job Details**:**JOB TITLE**:Regional Account Manager, KWP Asia
**PURPOSE**:Manage and develop a portfolio of identified regional KWP Asia clients - one being the second largest account for Worldpanel globally, handling all data request and project briefs and offering compelling levels of insights; contributing to a long terms and sustained revenue growth for KWP Asia
**EXPERIENCE**:4-5 years’ experience with consumer panels
**REPORT LINE**:Regional Director, Kantar Worldpanel Asia
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
- **4-5 years’ experience with consumer panels
- Have experience or familiar in using Worldpanel products and services
- Ideally experience includes FMCG projects within the field of either marketing or sales
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Have experience in synthesizing data and also have high curiosity to go beyond Worldpanel data to create a compelling story and answer higher level questions from senior stakeholders
- Flexible and able to navigate across multiple accounts and markets
- Ability and flexibility to deal with different cultures Systematic, organized and able to work independently and as part of a wider regional client service team under the direction of the Regional Account Director
- Comfortable in leading a discovery conversation with client to identify revenue generating opportunities and lead sales pitches to the client on new methods, expert solutions etc.
**KEY OUTCOMES**:
- Supporting Regional Account Director to develop and grow relationship with up to 4 regional clients, one being the second largest account for Worldpanel globally, by managing the day to day relationship directly with the regional key contacts
- Manage your own day-to-day workload through the timely and accurate completion of ad-hoc requests and project briefs across multiple markets
- Generating and landing actionable insight to regional clients - with clear, simple and direct messages on implications and recommendations
- Anticipate client needs and when faced with a problem, adopt a positive, solution-driven attitude
- Develop trusting business relationships via on-site presence together with the Regional Account Director if needed
- Provide training for Kantar Worldpanel services and software when required
- Taking briefs from clients, and manage the production of appropriate materials / presentations / written documentation in response to brief
- Deliver presentations with recommendations that actively seek to meet the objectives of the client’s brief
- Identifying and positively seeking out opportunities of additional revenue/analyses (according to account structure)
