**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible to lead and manage the Corporate HR function within COMO Group Corporate Services business unit. He/she will provide functional guidance to ensure effective delivery of HR operational requirements for Corporate Services and Business Unit HR and support the achieve of established business objectives.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
**General HR**
- To conceptualize and plan future Organizational Structure and HR Budget options for COMO Group inline with individual Business Unit’s 2-3 year Strategic Plans.
- To identify and develop long term succession planning across various senior leadership roles within COMO Group.
- Provide functional expertise and work collaboratively with the SVP - Corporate Services to advise and strategize on the development of effective employment policies across the COMO Group and to ensure alignment of HR practices.
- Provide functional expertise and work collaboratively with the SVP - Corporate Services to update and ensure COMO Group organisational structure is effective to support various business units needs and overall HR budget planning is efficient to size and revenue.
- Provide professional leadership, support and development to Corporate HR team members, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
- Provide leadership guidance and functional support to Business Unit HR team leaders (either as a direct or matrix reporting) to ensure aligned HR practices and execution of corporate HR initiatives / projects including consolidation of HR reports.
- Ensure COMO Group HR Policies and Practices complies with current country specific employment regulations, policies and data protection laws.
- Develop and manage Annual HR budgets and work plans for Corporate HR and provide guidance on HR budget planning for all other Departments within Corporate Services.
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate Marketing team to strengthen Employer Branding and establish COMO Group as an Employer of Choice.
- Lead and manage employee grievances in accordance with prevailing Company policies and ensure effective resolution.
- Undertake and participate in key HR projects as required as part of COMO Group business development and/or new initiatives to enhance branding, revenue and/or business efficiency.
**Talent Acquisition**
- Be the lead Resourcing Partner working closely with the SVP - Corporate Services for Executive Resourcing (Level 12 to 14) for respective Business Units. This may include other key roles that are less senior in nature, but highly visible and of great importance to COMO Group and the overall business plan.
- To develop and coordinate COMO Group branded Campus Recruitment strategy by identifying key universities (local and international) as a talent pipeline for the group.
- Direct and support the assigned HR Business Partner for COMO Group Corporate Services to support all levels of hiring needs and onboarding administration and ensure profile creation within our HRIS system.
- Provide insights to drive and ensure relevant talent data is captured; labour market assessments, organisational profiling and competitor activity analysis, etc using LinkedIN Talent Insight.
- Lead, manage and negotiate recruitment agency contracts and terms to ensure favourable terms to COMO Group and within Finance guidelines. Group negotiated terms should be shared with respective BU HR teams to ensure alignment.
- Executing local / international talent deployment activities across business units (as applicable) in collaboration with Business Unit HR Teams.
**Learning & Development**
- To conceptualize, develop and manage Individual Professional Development Plans for high-potential senior leaders as part of succession planning across COMO Group.
- Develop long-term and short-term learning development plan for Corporate Services to ensure they are growing with the business from the day they come on board.
- Coordinate all external learning needs registration, administration and fee payments through the L&D Manager.
- Provide leadership guidance to L&D team member(s) in the delivery and development of learning content.
- To ensure periodical review and update of learning content including COMO Group Orientation program on the OneCOMO (HRIS) - Learning Management System.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Lead and execute bi-annual COMO Group wide salary and benefits review with an industry study to benchmark against existing COMO Group salaries and benefits for the purpose of review and maintaining industry standard practices.
- Update and / or develop new salary ranges for all roles within COMO Group using the data attained from the industry study.
- Manage compensation program for Corporate Services to attract, engage, and retain employees through competitive compensation plans that align with the company budget, corresponding job-market, and government regulations.
