**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Financial Reporting**
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of all local entities in Singapore.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Review month-end financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow reports for several group entities.
- Prepare and submit group financial reports to the parent company, ensuring adherence to group reporting standards and timelines.

**Audit & Tax Reporting**
- Work with external auditors and tax agent to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare Annual audited financial statements for Group & subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

**Cashflow Control**
- Support Management in preparation of cashflow reports, as required.

**Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing detailed analysis and insights to senior management.

**Investor Relations**:

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for investors, highlighting key financial metrics, business performance, and growth strategies.

**Others**
- Guide and develop Finance support staff, as appropriate on accounting matters.
- Participate in projects and ERP system implementation / enhancement exercises.
- Support Group Finance in setup and deployment of appropriate Finance Policies and Procedures.
- Assume other Finance and Accounting responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, completed ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years post-graduate experience in Finance, Accounting & Budgeting.
- Experience with multi-entity financial management and international reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office including Advanced Excel.
- Meticulous, detail oriented and able to maintain accounting accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
