As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the human resources strategy of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values. Familiarity with Singapore employment laws is also essential for compliance and effective HR management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's objectives and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent while adhering to relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, and career development programs, taking into account the specific requirements of Singapore employment laws.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, complying with applicable equal employment opportunity laws in Singapore.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, while considering any mandatory training requirements under Singapore employment laws.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Employment Act, CPF Act, and relevant employment-related guidelines and practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational change management strategies, while adhering to any legal requirements related to employee consultation and communication.
- Drive employee satisfaction and well-being initiatives, including wellness programs and work-life balance initiatives that align with the provisions of Singapore employment laws.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, with a strong familiarity with Singapore employment laws.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
