Responsibilties:

- Primarily responsible for membership recruitment and retention
- Develop and lead membership drives, create and implement outreach strategies to expand membership base or engage with existing members.
- Oversees membership campaigns, including on-site sales, direct mail or media marketing and work to increase members involvement and level of support

Other duties:

- Maintain membership database
- Write promotional materials and design membership benefits
- Observe, analyse members trends and feedbacks and communicate with members
- Works with the membership base to help achieve the financial goals of the Club
- Carry out any duties as and when assigned by the Member Relations Director or General Manager

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or Tourism and Hospitality Management
- 2 years of similar working experience in private members Clubs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills with an outgoing personality
- Team player who adapts well in a dynamic environment
- Able to multi-task and possess strong attention to details
- Able to exercise flexibility to accommodate scheduling of appointments around prospective Members' availiabilities
