Our client is an international private jet charter company which is going to incorporate in Singapore soon
**Responsibility**
To have an understanding of business aviation industry. Conduct resume collection, screening and assist in interviews for recruiting pilots, flight attendants, and other personnel in various department. The establishment of salary structure for flight, flight attendants and sales according to industry standards.
- Participate in HR / talent acquisition projects as required
- Manage end to end recruitment and selection processes from discussing requirements with hiring managers and developing commercially focused, brand enhancing initiatives, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and onboarding
- Effectively priorities different roles and ensure that time to fill is measured and optimized
- Design and conduct interview and assessment centers
- Conduct a targeted search for key roles as required
- Ensure background checks are conducted in a compliant manner
- Lead offer process, including salary negotiation
- Manage internal promotion and progression programs and activities as required
- To review employees’ compensation details to ensure alignment to market
- Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all matters relating to employment matters
- Prepare HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments and salary reviews.
- Ensure the local legal requirements are strictly adhered to
- Ensure appropriate induction and onboarding of new staff
- Supports with performance management and disciplinary processes
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record keeping requirements
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit interview and turnover data on a regular basis to identify trends and issues that can be improved upon
- Other HR-related duties
**Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree with least 3 years’ experience in recruitment and selection processes in aviation/ airline industry
- Airline/ aviation experience is an advantage
- Demonstrably good judgment and ability to remain impartial
- Knowledge of legislation related to recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts and frameworks
- Efficient and able to manage multiple priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- A high degree of technological ability
