Role & Accoutabilities
1) Portfolio Management Establish and maintain a framework (a conceptual and communicable structure of ideas) and methodology (policies and procedures) for portfolio management within the company Establish and maintain selected portfolio management processes within the company (strategic, governance, communication, performance management, risk management) Guide the selection, prioritization, balancing and termination of portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goal and organizational priorities Maintain the cadence the review, reallocate, reprioritize and optimize portfolio to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving organizational goals, market opportunities and threats. Provide key stakeholders with regular assessment of portfolio health as well as early identification of portfolio level issues and risks Measure and monitor value to the organization through portfolio performance metrics and targets, such as ROI, NPV, IRR and scorecards.

2) Project and Program Management Setup program organization structure that operates efficiently, with clear R&R Lead complex, cross-functional projects (digitalization or transformational in nature) that will impact processes, systems, and people, with a strong focus on budget, schedule, scope and quality Develop detailed program and project plans, schedules, resource plan, change management and implementation plan Manage and drive engagement with business, IT, vendor, system integrators to plan and deliver phases of the program Drive and structure change management initiatives that successfully tie into system changes, stakeholder buy-in and adoption of new business process Manage data cleansing and migration with various owners and system integrators Partner with business and technical team to launch new features and enhancement using an agile approach quickly and efficiently Support and/or influence the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies and the supporting business processes Collaborate with stakeholders to support advanced development of business and process model with a focus in digital transformation and improving productivity Support team in various ad-hoc projects
3) Develop a framework for Continuous Improvement Projects / Initiatives

Good knowledge of various continuous improvement /problem solving methodologies Good Knowledge of EDW and BI Tools Good understanding of IT solution and integration architecture design Knowledge of Emerging Technologies like IOT, Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation Knowledge of Best Practice Business Process and System Design Experience in managing external vendor or system integrators (desirable)

Skill and Qualification Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in a regional/global role Project Management Qualification (PMP, PgMP or PfMP) Lean Process Improvement Methodology & Tool Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
